Ticket Issuance and Exchange Instructions at Hanh Cafe Bus
As soon as we receive confirmation of successful payment, we will issue an electronic ticket to you via email or SMS, according to the information you have registered and confirmed with our staff. Please keep the booking code to present at the departure point.
Please bring the confirmation letter containing the transaction code to exchange for a boarding ticket at the registered office at least 60 minutes before departure for convenience.
When collecting the ticket at the ticket counter, Hanh Cafe staff will verify the information and you will need to present valid identification to receive the ticket. You must present one of the following photo IDs:

If you book a ticket in advance and choose to pay later, please make the payment within 12 hours (from 08:00 to 17:00 daily, excluding Saturdays and Sundays) for your ticket to be valid.
Tickets booked through the Hanh Cafe website will be reserved for you until the ticket issuance deadline. If you do not collect and pay for the ticket within the specified time, the system will automatically cancel your booking, and you will not be able to receive the ticket.

After confirming your booking, we will send detailed payment instructions via Email, SMS, and Zalo OA.
Make the payment via an ATM card registered with Internet Banking as per the instructions.
After successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation via Email, SMS, and Zalo OA from us.
We will issue an electronic ticket and send it to you via email or SMS.
