2. Payment via ATM with Internet Banking

Customers can pay via ATM with Internet Banking through bank transfer instructions sent to them after confirming the booking. We will send booking confirmations via Email, SMS, and Zalo OA for customers to receive.

3. Payment via VNPay QR Code or VNPay Payment Gateway

Customers can pay through the integrated payment gateway using ATM cards with Internet banking or via QR Code.

Before proceeding with payment, please review and confirm the transaction details. We will not be responsible for any errors/misinformation entered by customers during the transfer process. Customers should work with their bank to resolve any issues.

Upon receiving payment from customers, we will contact them to confirm the information and provide further assistance according to the contract agreement or direct agreement with the customer.   • Cardholder name: Enter the name of the cardholder as shown on the front of the card. Please enter the name exactly as it appears on the card, in uppercase letters and without accents.
  • Expiry date: Enter the expiry date (month and year) of the credit/debit card, printed on the front of the card. Please enter the date in the correct format (month/year).
